It all depends on water source and its usage rate. For a family of 5, 5 liters daily (20 glasses), do change filters in 9 months to a year. Replacement filters takes less than 10 minutes and will returns to full filtration, pH-balanced, antioxidant and ORP power. |
| Are there any precautions before drinking mineral pot water? |

The only “negative” consideration is for those taking pharmaceutical medicine or suffering from kidney disease. We recommend you consult with your doctor. Mineral pot water may be delivered to the cells more efficiently than tap or bottled, so we recommend not taking any medications with it. |
| How long is the mineral pot water system warranty? |

The warranty for the mineral pot is 12 months for parts and labour under normal use. Unless otherwise approved by AQUIX, we offer exchanges rather than refunds. Warranty does NOT cover filters as there are too many variables in source water. |
