4. What will you do if the machine can not work during the warranty period?
a) During the warranty period, because of product quality problem, the company is responsible for free maintenance, if need to change parts, we be responsible for free replacement.
b) If the machine problem is not belonging to our machine quality problem, when the buyer needs us send engineers to give repairing service, we charge the appropriate cost; Or, the buyer send machine with problem back to us, our company is responsible for maintenance, we charge the appropriate cost.
5. Can you send the technical personnel to our company and direct our workers for free?
When the machine arrive at buyer site, buyer can follow Operation Manual complete installation and operation, and our company provide remote control and multimedia teaching, not send the technical personnel to buyer company and direct buyer's workers for free.
6. What is spare machine service?
If the machine needs repairing in the factory, we could provide a spare machine according to the agreement from both sides. The spare machine is only for temporary use and it will be taken back when problems solved.
