It controls the motions of the whole capping process automatically through PLC computer programming, and has realized high-speed capping in single track by using automatic can-classifying device, cans' falling prevention and positioning device, synchronous and uniform-speed automatic capping device as well as automatic cap distribution device, without adding ancillary separate transmission lines. That can save 50 meters or more transmission lines in comparison with the multitrack capping. The whole capping process with automatic can-feeding and can-classifying, automatic sorting, automatic mounting and automatic capping, has take the place of manually capping and traditional semi-automatically multitrack capping device. Thus the capping in single track can save manpower and increase the production effect greatly.

1. Automatic sorting distribution device
Automatic sorting distribution device is to sort the whole-box or whole-bag disordered caps, and using accelerate cap-entering distribution of compressed air to enter caps in a high speed. With the automatic and interlock in concert with the capping motions, operators only need to put the whole-box or whole-bag disordered caps in hoist on ground.
2. Automatic tank installations
According to different requirements of capping speed, this device can split the high-speed distributed and solid connected cans prior to capping, and arrange the cans in equidistance. That can make every can one-to-one when entering and mounting, in order to avoid inaccurate position of mounting and repeated entering.
3. Anti-tank inverted positioning device
Using the principle of can type characteristics, mount a special device on conveyer belt, in conjugation with the guard board to make up the falling prevention and positioning device. So as to avoid cans from leaning and falling when entering and capping.
4. Synchronous speed automatic Capping Device
Using single motor power supply, interlock and drive the conveyor belt and capping device synchronously in a uniform speed. The capping motions moving with cans can eliminate the capping resistance and avoid the cans from falling when entering and capping in a high speed.
5. PLC automatic control system computer
Through the photoelectric switch, PLC computer programming can control motions in the whole capping process and match the cans automatically. Covers will be provided when there are cans. There is automatic stop alarm when cans blocking and covers missing, and also the automatic online controller and automatic can-classifying device, cans' falling prevention and positioning device, automatic cap distribution device as well as synchronous and uniform-speed automatic capping device.
