This machine is machine body is frame. It is equipped with unwinding mechanism, tensioning mechanism, flattening mechanism, composite mechanism, edging mechanism, traction mechanism and deviation rectifying mechanism, etc..
This machine can laminate aluminum foil, double-face adhesive paper, plastic film to rubber foam sheet. The maximum laminating thickness is 50mm. it is single-faced and double-faced lamination.
Composite mechanism is the main part of this machine. Through unwinding mechanism and tensioning system, the produced base materials and aluminium foil or double-sided adhesive tape enter composite roller and is pressed for forming.
Tensioning system can make base materials stably forward. Aluminium foil or double-sided adhesive tape enter composite roller through guide roller and flattening roller.
Flattening roller can automatically adjust the prestressing force of aluminium foil or double-sided adhesive tape and make them automatically eliminate wrinkle when through flattening shaft to make sheet surface smooth.
Unwinding shaft of aluminium foil or double-sided adhesive tape is equipped with manually adjusting deviation rectifying system. Hand wheel or screw drags unwinding shaft to adjust space.
The unwinding shaft is equipped with inertia control system.
The products are cut excess edge by edging device and dragged by traction system to complete the whole operation.
