The production is delivered automatically and the materials are loaded through vibration plate. The hardware accessories will be automatically assembled and it is set with the abilities of abnormal alarming and information tip guiding, incoming material's direction inducting , lack of materials reminding, production presetting and counting etc.
1.The accessories of the machine adopted FESTO\SMC original pneumatic component, Taiwan HIWIN precision linear guide and precision module are made of S136, the Mitsubishi PLC\HMI and other electrical components are all using German brand.
2.The machine automatically feeding material,assembling Counter, shell nosing and crimping.
3.It equips with automatic alarming system, which reporting irregular operations and giving the relative solutions in the form of message. It also can induct the incoming materials, predict and record the capacity.
