15KG Payload Industrial Use Gasoline Powered Remote Control Helicopter for Precision Agricultural Spraying

 

Description:

  1. 3CD-15 spraying system wes developed in response to High label cost market. Manned Fixed-wing crop dusters is uneconomical and unsafety concerned for the small size of farms . 3CD-15 model provides much more accurate spraying, at lower cost and lower risk than manned aircraft.
  2. Compare to traditional manned aircraft, it does not require a large take off terrain, it could easily take off and land from farms side area, no special track required; its light weight, small size, can be transported with a small size van.
  3. It’s characterized by flybarless rotor and lifted tail rotor. Flybarless rotor has a simple structure and low failure rate. Lifted tail rotor prevents from crashing caused by pesticide applying on tail rotor.
  4. It has maximum payload of 15 Liter farm chemical. Depends on the skill of operator, each take off could spray up to 1.5 to 2.0 hectare of land within 12 minutes, it is 60-80 times more effective than traditional manual hand spraying.
  5. The use of ultra-low volume pesticide spraying operation can limit the cost of water and pesticides. Moreover, using remote control allows the operator to stay away from chemical pollution, it’s greatly reducing the harm to the operator.

4. Excellent Crop Dusting

 

        While it utilizes the strong downward rotating airflow to flip and shake the crops when crop dusting, it comes into being a turbulent area above the crops underneath. The crop dusting is very uniform and partial pesticide is dusted on the back of stem and leaf, the quality of crop dusting of which the manpower and other dusting equipment can not achieve.
