This part was made in 99% MGO high purity MGO material. It was yellow 99% MGO plate, which was designed per customer request. We can design this per customer detail drawings request.

2. Physical performance
This part had very good phyisical performance in resistance high temperature, insulation, thermal conductivity and heating. They were used widely in high rate of working electric appliance, high temperature equipment field. The heating agent was water and oil. THey were components that assembled and used in special use hot runner and some other industrial field.
3. Process
We can make the precise hot forming mould per customer drawing dimension request. And choose the correct Mgo material formual to meet customer actual request. Using automatic machine to form and advanced kiln firing the half-finished part with accurate and stable temperature to gurantee the parts good quality. Then, cutting the parts with correct length request by customer. The part will be very straigt . We will check the dimensions to decide whether some distortion in the holes on the parts both sides and arrange 100% inspection for appearance of the tubes before shipment.
4. Service
We can adjust the temperature to let the part have the correct hardness per customer assembly request. It will be convenient to assembly with the wires. We will pack them very tightly mabye 20pcs together to form one bale and pack them with soft plastic material bag into carton to protect the part to avoid damage during shipment to customer. 10. Our company whole process:
1) per our clients request, we will design moulds and choose the correct equipment that are required for production purposes.
2)We will buy the material per customer request or customers' parts working condition, all of the raw will be tested and checked before being stored and used in production.
3)We select the most appropriate paste for the given set of requirements; when necessary, we can also formulate the material per customer request.
4)Our Magnesium oxide material or ceramic products are created using latest-generation hydraulic presses and also the extrusion precision mould will be used.
5)After the ceramics leave the drying chamber and before they entered the kilns, we can carry out additional processing and finishing treatment. Also inspect the dimensions per our request.
6)All the temperature will be fixed in kilns per customer different parts request. After that, we will check all thequality before shipment. After the parts finished inspection, they will be packed in the carton and pallet and will be shipped by sea or air per customer request.
