Why you need injection overmolding ?

When a specific design requires combining multiple plastic materials into one finished part, the cost-effective process known as overmolding may be the solution you need.
Overmolding is a good choice if you want to mold a rubber piece/TPE,TPR onto a piece of hard plastic.

Overmolding process:

A two step process, the overmolding process uses a pre-formed plastic part placed into a mold
The second material is then injected into the mold, covering all or part of the first part
