NT series dyeing machine is equipped with a high efficiency symmetrical main circulation pump combined with integral PHC reversal heat exchanger, configuration is much more compact for less liquor ratio,power and production costs are significantly reduced, adaptable for every kind of fabric density for warp beam dyeing,as well as yarn and roving dyeing,perfect quality dyeing results guaranteed.
T type series dyeing machines are especially designed for warp beam dyeing as well as dyeing of yarn in packages.
Dyeing in large quantities:2 or 4 sets of same model machines can be operated in parallel ( or coupled ) ensuring that same dyeing quality effect can be achieved ,thus the machines are adapted for large quantity as well as single machine operation.
Standard configuration for NT ,T series dyeing machine:
Air cushion type, fully -flooded type is optional according to different dyeing process). Kier body and all parts coming into contact with liquor are made from sus316/sus316l high corrosion-resistance stainless steel. Vertical main kier is fitted with balanced weight lid opening and manual lid locking device. Lid is fitted with manual safety locking device which has been approved by the labour ministry of china . Main pump fitted with motor and base plate. Equipped with frequency converter , flow of main pump can be regulated in stepless control. Furthermore, if a flow meter with pressure sensor is fitted optionally,the main pump flow can be displayed and controlled automatically during dyeing cycle, thus , dyeing quality can be guaranteed for achieving excellent results. High efficiency heat exchanger. Automatic proportional heating and cooling system. (Water -ram included )addition tank (expansion tank) equipped with injection pump system,return flow system, half -loading chemical injection system.
