The machine structure and function

• This machine is mainly consisted of dye vat , fabric guide tube , nozzle , fabric hoisting system , heat exchanger , dyeing liquid circulating pump , feeding bucket , charging pump out of the device and electrical control cabinet , etc .
• Dye vat is horizontal tubular J type , in the vertical section and horizontal ( slightly oblique ) part , it uses 90 ° bending tube .  Fabric guide tube is placed outside the body for cylinder providing greater storage space , smooth fabric guide tube and a specially designed network make the fabric faster and more smoothly .
• Spray nozzle : adopt the overflow spill structure , the structure of the special design make running fabric have stronger ability of dyeing liquid penetration and feed . The nozzle is completely surrounded by dyeing fabric and dyeing fabric in flabby condition down to the nozzle tube , avoid fabric cottony phenomenon , thus ensuring the quality of the fabric dyeing .
• Heat exchanger : horizontal shell and tube heat exchanger and dyeing liquid filter into an organic whole , compact structure , not only can remove of villi in fabric dyeing in dyeing , and heat transfer rate , on the premise of steam source guarantee , can warm up dyeing liquid from 20 to 130 above in 30 minutes ,will be below from 130 to 130 in 20 minutes .

• Dyeing liquid circulating pump : dyeing liquid circulating pump is our factory specially designed for dyeing machine form,which uses a complete set of separate and special specifications stainless steel corrosion resistant pump to keep the dyeing liquid certain pressure and flow velocity in the process of circulation to ensure the fabric run smoothly in the dye solution provides a reliable guarantee .
• Feeding tube : feeding tube is made of stainless steel, internal pipe cleaning , steam heating tube , filter , mixer device , dyeing liquid are pumped into dye vat .
• Device : the cloth roller per tube corresponding equivalent diameter of 300 mm , margin is 400 mm , the belt reduce the speed to drive

Working process

• Fabric goes into the nozzle , through fabric guide tube into the dye VAT tail , through the special design of the internal groove structure , make the fabric in the dye VAT natural fold , don't squeeze , don't wring cloth , have order to move forward ,  the cloth roll again into the nozzle ,  thus repeating cycle run , until finish the dyeing process.
