Product introduction:
Biogas Fermentation and Double Membrane Gas Storage Solution Manufacturer has 2 types, the gas storage part is fixed on the top of biogas fermenter tank or fixed on the concrete floor directly.
The main body biogas storage part is made of specially processed polyester material, and the fermenter tank is made of outer membrane, inner membrane, bottom membrane and other accessory parts.
It is widely used for storing various neutral gas, like biogas, air, CO2, O2 etc.
Working principle:
1. The Biogas gasholer part:
The external membraneis always sustaining a positive pressure to maintain the shape and protecting the system against i.e. storm or bad weather.
The internal membrane is used for the effective storage of biogas, and it is always floating up and down according to the filling level of the biogas storage.
The bottom membrane seals the storage upon the foundation to ensure gas tightness.
2. The biogas fermentation part:
The biogas fermentation tank is under the biogas storage part.
The integrated structure can make installation and maintenance much easier, and it can also reduce investment cost.
