Group or individual guest is able to check-in at hotel self-service area via hotel KIOSK machine.
For self-check-in, guests are able to complete check in procedure on self-service basis such as scanning ID, signing RC on the screen, completing credit card pre-authorization. The system will allocate room and dispense the room key to the guest automatically.
For self-check-out, guests can also use KIOSK to check out after entering their room number, confirm their folio, make payment via bank cards and return room key to the machine.
