. Main feature:
1. Feeding system: Auto feeding with servo motor driven, high speed, accurate and stable, digital length adjustment. Adopts special chain rail to ensure no deviation and vibration, wearing well.
2. Auto temperature control system using intelligent compensation control, heating up fast, stable, low energy consumption and with long life heating bricks.
3. Two-stage vacuum, vacuum time delay.
4. Electric adjust the position of the upper lift gate.
5. Control system: The central integration control system, let feeder →heat →forming →cooling→ out of
mould →cutting as an automatic production line. This machine adopts fittings make sure that the machine
has high quality.
6. This machine consist of Heating system, Forming system, Vacuum system, Pneumatic system, Cooling system and Control system.
7. Cooling system is composed of air-cooled industrial chiller, spray gun and circulating water cooling chassis, make the forming speed faster and guarantee the molding quality.
8. Apply air pressure to release the molding from the mold, damage of the molding in the releasing process is avoided.
9. Two-stage vacuum sucking to ensure the thick sheet is easy to form and to improve the molding quality.
10. Machine cycle status is clearly visible at a glance and all parameters can be adjusted in real time without interrupting the current cycle.
11. The PLC program offers saved memory for project to project recognition, that means when processing the same project in next time, there is no need to set the operating parameters again, just touch the project name or project number.
