The automatic slide table style medical pouch making machine is designed to weld plastic materials.

The automatic welding machine can weld medical bag &PVC blood bag &urine bag,infusion bag, blood bag and urine bag,urine drainage bag etc. It is small, light and easy to operate. It is equipped with temperature feedback sensor. The sensor can always monitoring the temperature of the outlet to keep a constant temperature. This function can make the welding result stronger. It also can avoid leakage. This machine is more suited to fast welding of large roofs.

H.F Working Principle :

High Frequency medical pouch making machine is to apply high-frequency electromagnetic fields in the form of energy to applications and as the same time, provide pressure to bond materials surface to weld them. Each machine requires a high frequency generator to provide a high frequency current, so-called Oscillation bucket. The tool used to transfer high frequency to the material is called electrodes, that is high frequency mold.

High frequency welding is using a high-frequency current to generate heat, liquidate (melt) the plastic material together with the pressure to weld the materials completely without external heating. In the average pressure after a period of time to cool so that the products finished, high frequency welding process is complete. The strength of the material is stronger than the original after high frequency welding.

There are four important elements may affect the result of High Frequency Welding, which is press, high frequency currency, processing time, cooling time. For the ideal welding result on special materials, these parameters can be adjusted or combined in different condition.

The most common thermoplastic High Frequency welding material is PVC and PU, both thickness or thin. High frequency welding can also apply these processing on materials with PVC and PU coating. However, the materials need to be test by High Frequency Machine to see if the processing meet desires.

Preparation Before Using The Machine :

1. To check the power cable is connected or not, it is 3 phase and 5 wires for power.

2. we need to pre-heating 15 minutes for machine before starting the machine. It is good for machine.

3. To take air pipe to blow away the dust inside of the H.F bucket and working table , mould. It is to avoid the spark happen during the production .

4. You should adjust the temperature and welding time ,cooling time according to the thickness of your materials.

5. Fix the materials on the working table straight level and smooth to make sure the best welding effect.

Maintain :

1. Clean the H.F bucket, blow away the dust.

2. Clean the working table .

3. Check the power cord and plugs to avoid any mechanical damage.

4. To release the water of air filter container of the machine every day.

5. To lubricate the piston and guide bearing with grease.
