Characteristics of steel structure:
1. Earthquake resistance
Most of roofs of lower villas are pitched roof, therefore, the roof structures are basically triangular roof truss system made of cold-formed section steel components. The light steel components are formed to solid “slab rib structure system” after being enclosed with structural plate and gypsum plate, and the structural system has stronger ability resistant to earthquake and horizontal load, and applies to the regions with above 8 degrees of earthquake intensity.
2. Wind resistance
The light steel-structure building is characterized by light weight, high strength, good overall rigidity and strong deformability. The dead weight of the building is only 1/5 of the brick-concrete structure to resist 70m/s hurricane, so that the life and property can be effectively protected.
3. Durability
Light steel-structure residential building is composed of cold-formed thin-wall steel component. The steel rib is manufactured by super corrosion-resistant high-strength cold-rolled galvanized plate, so as to effectively avoid corrosion of steel plate in construction and use process and add the service life of light steel component. The service life of the structure can be up to 100 years
4. Thermal insulation
The insulating materials are mainly glass fiber cotton, which have good insulating effect. The insulation board of outer wall is used to effectively avoid “cold bridge” phenomenon of wall and reach to better insulation effect. The thermal resistance of about 100mm R15 insulated cotton is equivalent to that of 1m brick wall.
5. Sound insulation
The windows installed by light steel system are using hollow glass, and the sound insulation effect is so good as to be above 40 decibel; The sound insulation effect of wall composed of light steel keel and insulation material–gypsum plate can be up to 60 decibel.

Completely dry construction will not be influenced by environment and season. Only 5 workers can complete all whole processes from foundation to decoration for one about 300m2 building within 30 working days.
