Hot Melt Glue Hose
The TA hose is a high pressure hose (1500 psi /102 bar) used to deliver hot melt adhesive from an adhesive supply unit ASU to an applicator (head or other application devices).
Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD, PT100) is built into the hose for precise and consistent temperature control and safety. Hoses are heated by resistance heater which is wrapped around the hose core and covered with a high-temperature insulation. Through-wiring is provided for head power and ground. Power required of TA hose is approximately 30 watts per feet.
