Gel sealed HEPA filter box

Gel sealed box is an HEPA box with replaceable HEPA filter and is widely used in hospitals, biopharmaceuticals, semiconductor, LCD manufacturing, precision machinery, optics and other 

technical fields.

Butterfly regulating Device:
The device in the cabinet bottom is connected by a adjusting screw rod. Rotating the rod can open the butterfly valve more or less, which control the air volume in the room simply and conveniently

Butterfly air valve:
The air inlet of the cabinet has a butterfly air valve, which is controlled by the regulating device in the cabinet bottom to adjust the air volume entering the clean room.

Gel sealing design: 
In this design, the air filter has gel-sealed groove around the frame. During mounting, the bended edges of HEPA air box are embedded in the filter groove filled with gel sealant to form airtight seal. When being replaced, the special gel sealant will not stick to the box edges.
