1. Introdution
This testing machine is to measure the peeling force of the PVC film layer on wood-based panel.
2. Test
Wood-based panel test sample size: 100mm X 25mm (length X Width)
Wood-based panle test sample preparing: slot at the 10mm position on one side of the wood-based panel test sample. Depth of slot should be to the joint of wood-based panel and PVC film. See the picture below:
Test procedure: peel the PVC film for a certain length and then fix the test sample into the test clamps tightly on the test machine. Then pull the wood-based panel test piece with the testing machine and software of testing machine will record the max. Peeling force.
