After pressing of the coupler to make it connect tighten with the rebar inside of it.  These mechanical connections mainly used in the repaired working site which some rebars are leaving outside of the projects without threading or some normal project sides which they do not want to do threading with rebar.  It can meet with China standard of JGJ107-2010, UK standard of BS8110, USA standard of ACI318, VN standard of TCVN8163 and other international standards.2.Features and advantagesa.For repair or retrofit worksb.Fit any cold shear cut bar end.c.No threading at ends and no reduction of the cross section Ares of the bar.3.Working  instructionsa. Normal condition(1). First, put proper height wooden block under the steel bar that going to be connect, then paint rebar locator line on the rebar end, the length should be as half of the coupler length. Paint the check mark which should be 10mm(coupler length less than 200mm) to 15mm(coupler length larger than 200mm) longer than the rebar locator line. Below Drawing (Drawing 1.):                                                                      Drawing 1⑵. Put the rebar into the pressed coupler, the coupler should alien with the rebar locator line. Make sure the pressed line of coupler upwards which will be easy to extrusion by extrusion die. See Drawing 2:                                                                      Drawing 2⑶. Put the pressing die back to make the clamps open, move the clamp near to the pressing coupler, put the pressing coupler into the clamp, and make sure the pressing die center aims at the coupler pressing line. See drawing 3.                                                                       Drawing 3⑷ Extrusion Sequence:Cold pressing from the middle of the coupler, first press the 2nd line, and then 3rd… After the end line has been pressed, then press the 1st line. Then take out of the wrench. See drawing 4:                                                                     Drawing 4 ⑸ Put another rebar into the other side of coupler see drawing 5, the extrusion pressing sequence is same as Drawing 4.                                                              Drawing 5b. Construction Site Operation- Vertical or Oblique cold Extrusion Operation:(1). For Vertical coupler connection still needs to paint the rebar locator line in order to check whether the vertical bars are put in to the coupler with correct length. See drawing 6.(2). Put the half finished pressing coupler and rebar onto the vertical rebar ends that going to be connected (to the rebar locator line on the vertical bars). See drawing 7.                     Drawing 6                                                                 Drawing 7 (3). Fixed the bottom steel bar, hanging the Chain hoist and then hanging the extrusion clamp, unload of pattern die(mother mold) and put the extrusion clamp onto the coupler and then install the pattern die(mother mold). Pulling hoist chain to adjust the height of extrusion clamp, and then press the coupler by correct order(4).
