- We can send you the TV goods by ocean , by air or by express. The shipping cost is ocean <air < express, the express way is for sample only, cause the express cost is highest among those methods. Usually we ship the tv container by ocean, it takes around 20-60days for different countries. By expressing it will take 3-7days to your door.

1. We promised to provide lifelong maintenance for the products it sold to customer and ours is obliged to assist customer to settle the technical difficulties or malfunction in the use and installation of the tv.
2. We shall provide one year quality guarantee period for the TV it sold to customer , except the human damage. And such guarantee period shall commence from the delivery date.
3. With the quality guarantee period , customer only has to pay for the shipment of TV or other parts needed reparation or replacement from customer to factory , and factory will be responsible for other expenses arising out of such reparation or replacement.Including but not limited to the cost of new parts and shipment of tv or parts from factory to customer. After the quality guarantee period expires , the factory only undertakes technical support, all the possible charges cuased should be paid by the customer. |
