The whole PE PP film washing recycling line including:
crusher, used to crushing the film or bag into small piece, which will be more easier washing and late easy to be pelletizing.
screw loader, used to loading the crushed scraps into washing tank, steam washing tank, dewater machine etc.
steam washing tank used when the film is very dirty, such as oil on the film.
floating washing tank is normaly required to washing the film.
dewater machine used to making the washed film loss most the water.
pipe drying system used to dring the film moisture below 5%, which will be more easier to storage or granulation process.
