The car carrier plates on the top storey of this parking garage can lift or fall; its car carrier plates on intermediate storey can lift or fall, and slide horizontally; its car carrier plates on bottom storey can only slide horizontallly;one empty parking space is left on the intermediate storey or bottom storey. The position of empty parking space can be changed by moving the car carrier plate horizontally, thus the carrier plate over the empty parking space can fall to bottom storey. The car on the bottom storey car carrier plate can drive out directly, thus the whole car access can be finished.
