1.What is your MOQ ? 
Usually our MOQ is 200pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

 
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. 
We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our bank.It takes about 2-4 days to reach you, subject where you are. 

3.How long is the sample lead time? 
For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. Anyway, we will response fast to your request. 

4.How long is the production lead time? 
It takes 20-25 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity. 

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own label? 
We have our own designer. So you can provide JPG, AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw label for your final confirmation based on technique. 
For large quantity, we suggest to deliver by sea. Trade terms can be FOB Shanghai/Ningbo or CIF your port, in some countries, our forwarder can dispatch the goods to your door, which is more convenient for you.

6.Which kinds of certificate would you have?
ANSIZ21.24/CSA6.10,ANSIZ21.75/CSA6.27,ISO9001-2008. Can meet European & USA standard.
