2. Design features
- For labeling all kinds of round and square containers, different models can be chosen for 1 to 3 labels.
- Mechanical positioning labeling device for any specified positioned labeling which is implemented during operation with high precision, efficiency & stability.
- Waterproof container plates for round, square & nonstandard containers, fast changeover without requiring changing main components.
- 32 container stations, with infeed and discharge conveyors on the same line.
- Stable output rate of 36,000 BPH, infinitely variable speed adjustment, matching with filling machines and improving production output.
- Safety doors: the machine stops automatically when the doors are open.
- Label shortage alarm: to remind changing label reels when the labels are almost finished.
- Bottle shortage alarm: the machine stops when no bottle is detected on the conveyor, and runs automatically when bottles are detected on the conveyor.
- The labeling station is synchronized with the main engine. The main engine speed is adjusted according to the infeed speed, the labeling accuracy is guaranteed.
- Stainless steel guiding star-wheel with well polished edges produces no scratch on the bottles.
- Highly precise labeling for the bottle neck.
- 8 dimensional adjustment for the labeling station with position display device for precise positioning. Rapid adjustment without requiring any tool.
- New labeling clutch to stablise the label tension for smooth operation, 3-point label adjustment device stablizes the label panel.
- Open press-bottle design allows any manual removal of containers.
