Ultrasonic tube sealing machine

This DGF-25C ultrasonic tube sealing machine uses ultrasonic technology to enable molecules on the surface area of the tubes to be fused together by ultrasonic friction. It combines auto tube loading, position correcting, filling, sealing and cutting. It is the perfect choice for cosmetic cream or other cream product tube filling and sealing.

The tube will be filled with specific volume of product and sealed with ultrasonic technology. After sealed the tube sealing seam will be cut and unloaded.
