Brieft of the Kill manifold
The 5000 psi Kill manifold is important control equipment during drilling well, can be
used to kill the well and open flow to release well bottom pressure.
When the wellhead pressure is increased, the heavy weight drilling fluid can be pumped
into the well through the kill manifold to balance the pressure in bottom hole, which can
prevent from well kick and blowout. The discharge pipe line connected to the kill
manifold can be used for direct discharging, to release the pressure in bottom hole.
