1. AINICo permanent magnet is an alloy magnet made from AI, NI, Co , Fe and other trace metal elements and may be produced through either sinteringg or casting process. The product has remarkable resistance against corrosion and high tempperature, and is mainly used in certain precision instruments.
2. Cast Alnico magnet can be processed to be intricate and complex shapes to meet customer's demand. Some types of Alnico are isotropic, meaning they can be efficiently magnetized in any direction. Anisotropic magnets generally have a greater magnetic capacity in their preferred orientation than isotropic.
3. Cast Alnico magnet can be processed with many irregular shapes. Only this permanent magnet can make any shape with high magnetic energy according to customers' requirments.
