DW9570 Dielectric Resistance Tester is used for testing sole isolation voltage . Slowly increase the voltage on the sole to a specified value and check whether the sole can withstand the setting voltage in a certain time. 
Dielectric Resistance Tester is used to determine the isolation character of the shoe materials. placed the sample on the right position,increase the voltage on the sole to the specificed value,check if it can withstand that value in the prescribed time perild.
