Tension device: compose of tension tube and tension steel ball. Yarn tension can be adjust by tension device , meanwhile control the yarn storage on the twist plate. There are four kinds of steel ball.,its diameter isφ6.35,φ7.1, φ7.9,φ9.5;Use proper steel ball one or couple according different sorts of yarn.( the steel ball and number for using to adjust the tension,should according practical case, and confirm after testing by engineer of end-user)
3.5-3 Dropper wire
Dropper wire monitoring twisting process , when yarn braked and feed bobbin used up, dropper wire down and stop yarn releasing.Dropper wire adopt electromagnetic support to work, when the yarn break sensor send the signal to the controller, electromagnetic support move so that the dropper wire down and stop yarn releasing.
3.5-4 Take-up section
a)Two guide wheel for each spindle ,can adjust wrap angle of the yarn which on over -feed roll, wrap angle is one of principle element for controlling take-up tension, affect take-up density.
b)Over-feed roll : there are two over feed roll in the machine, first is at top, second one is at bottom, overfeed ratio and speed can based on the production requirement to change and setting independently.
c)Heater: the heater adopt intelligent control technology, the temperature can be setting from normal to 280℃,it can be checked through the touch screen. The details of maintenance and using, please see the attachment.
d)Take-up (contain traversing yarn): the compound of friction roller turning and yarn guide crosswise ,to finished the yarn cross winding on the bobbin. To change the transmission ratio from friction roller to traverse cam wheel, meanwhile changed the wrap angle, range of variation is 14º47',16º36',18º41',21º07', four grades in total.
The relation of yarn take-up speed, spindle speed and yarn twist is as follows:

Note:must via many times twist testing and confirm before putting in production.

3.5-5 Bobbin creel
Bobbin creel is used for supporting and forcing of take-up bobbin ,shaped by cylindrical tube ,230mm and 290mm length for choosing to purchase
Easily to exchange the chuck plate of bobbin ,to fit for different sizes of bobbin.
3.6 Transmission part
Twist adjust case: make the input power divide among friction roller and over-feed wheel , different twist yarn ,according the rotate speed ratio , can reach requirement speed ratio by change the gear , thus get needed yarn twist. This machine adopt frequency control then the twist can change aromatically.
3.6-2 Traverse yarn guide device, our company designed two forming modes of traverse according different yarn performance and feature. User choose one kind by their requirement..
a.Cam case traverse :whole enclosed housing within cam reciprocator, reciprocator connect guide rod , guide head drive the yarn traverse and form , designed and installed machinery anti-ribboning function inside of gear case.
b. Single spindle groove drum traverse : each spindle install a groove drum ,via rotation, make guide head guide yarn to and fro . according different yarn ,driving by friction roller or one spindle with one motor, motor anti-ribboning transmission is control by frequency conversion.
Anti-ribboning function setup : in order to prevent yarn fold and doff (generally called net yarn ) from settting frequency fluctuation of winding control transducer , make yarn ribbon breaking. Generally normal running set for 10 seconds, then 1HZ /S higher than this normal running ,once more get back to normal running frequency 10 senconds, repeatedly working.
3.6-3Twist transform controlled by frequency conversion :according customer's requirement to change the twist by frequency conversion .method is, main motor and form of winding installed independent frequency conversion to control, according to yarn twist requirement ,set frequency for two transducer, then carry out your needs speed ratio, thus get the requirement twist. Such get rid of gear case transmission ,decreased effect of noise and oil stains ,etc. This function compared with gear case, mainly spindle and winding can not in-step when stopping machine.
In-step system and full-automatic frequency conversion self-setting system can be added according user requirements . this computer system had arranged automatic switching function for you . the computer will set other parameter automatically after you set twist and linear speed .
