HARDUN series car low temperature electric resistance furnace are mainly used for quenching-and-tempering for high chromium steel, die steel and some special steel, they can also be used for tempering and ageing for mechanical parts like high manganese steel castings, steel ball, breaking hammers, roll and wear-resisting materials.
Product Feature
The linings of HARDUN series car low temperature electric resistance furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable.
There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation is not needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .
we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature, it can perform functions such as heating up, heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
