Application
HARDUN series crucible melting electric resistance furnaces are mainly used for melting or smelting low melting point nonferrous metals or alloy such as aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium and so on, usually they are mated with die-casting machine.
Product Feature
The furnace shell is welded with steel plate and section steel. furnace lining is masoned with light bead refractory bricks. between lining and shell there is aluminosilicate fiber, and the gap between shell and aluminosilicate fiber is filled with expansion heat-retaining powder.
Heating elements is high electrical resistance alloy wire which is winded into spiral shape and put on the silk crick around the furnace hearth.
There are two revolvable semi-circle furnace covers on the furnace top .Thermal-couple is inserted into hearth from the lateral side.
Temperature control cabinet can control furnace temperature automatically.
