I． Introduction
BF200 operator is an open-close drive mechanism for bus bi-fold doors, which we introduce and improve the Japanese technology. The main characters include: whole frame design, superior performance and excellent durability. Further more, it can be used in the extremely hot and cold weather areas. It is widely used for the city bus and mini-bus that have no air sources.
II．Mechanism
1. AUTO-OPERATION when the handle in the "AUTOMATIC" position, door operator controls the vehicle door operation by driving the four synchronizing (connecting) rod, which is achieved by DC motor and gearbox. Push the button to control the motor rotation direction to achieve the opening and closing motions.
2. MANUAL OPERATION When the bi-fold door in any position, if you need manual operation, you can move the handle into "manual" position and use then pull or push the door to easily open and close the door.
3. SENSITIVE EDGE In case the passenger or other items are clamped during the vehicle door closing, the motor will immediately stop operation after the limit switch cut the power off that is activated by the position cam inside the operator.

IV. Installation and Debugging
1. Install the door operator by mounting the four screws through the four fixing holes in the base into the bus structure.
2. Move the handle in "Manual" position. Use the φ10 pin to connect the connecting adjustable pole with the connecting plate which is mounted on the door panel. Make sure that the L1 and bus floor are parallel. Adjusting the door connecting plate position and adjustable pole length to make sure that the angle between L1 and nearest surface of operator is less than 90.(See Drawing 1)when the door is close . Tighten the screw to fasten the door connecting plate and bi-fold door.
3. Push and pull the vehicle door manually to make sure that the door can be easily open and close. Otherwise, Check the installation of the vehicle door and find the resistance point until to eliminate the main resistance.
4. Please refer the electrical diagram in the Drawing 2. Connect the wires according to the outside wiring diagram of Drawing 3. Pull the handle to the "Automatic" position and switch on the power supply and then push the button to run test. Make sure that the door opening and closing operation is smooth.
V．Notice
1. Make sure that the power supply and door operator voltage are same and connect the pole correctly.
2. During the installation, the handle should be in "Manual" position until the installation is finished and the door can be open and close easily. After that move the handle in "Automatic" position to pursue automatic operation
3. Keep the door operator area clean; don't splash the water to the door operator. The gearbox should be dissembled and cleaned after 50,000 cycles. In addition, it should be lubricated with #3 Lithium lubricate grease. Use the 0# sand paper to polish and clean the parts after taking the motor apart. Add the #3 Lithium lubricate grease on both ends of motor and replace the carbon brush.
VI．Common malfunctions and trouble shooting methods
