XYG-B600 Semi-automatic packing machines groups
XYG-B600 fully automatic packing machine is developed by our company for feed industry. It uses self developed software and Siemens PLC control system, workers need only to place the bag, and then machine can achieve bag opening, weighing, packing, label sticking, sealing and transferring..
XYG-B600 requirement for bags:
A bag width: 600mm～650mm, length:1000mm～1060mm
B inner bag pre-sealed with out bag, it is better if inner/out bag can be sealed together
C needs at least 200mm distance from filled material to the bag top (don't not fill too much)
The machine needs workers to place the empty bags and labels manually. It can store 400pcs labels and 300 empty bags/store. The storehouse has the alarm function to remind workers when label or empty bags almost finish.
The machine adopts Omron photoelectric system to fulfill following monitoring:
A: Bag fastening detection: there is a travel switch on the charging port to check whether bags are fastened tight, if not, bags will be rejected
B: label failure monitoring: signal will be sent to the machine to stop the weighing scale if the label is not rightly worked, there will be sound alarm until problem solved
C: sewing mistake monitoring: system will send alarm when label not ready,sewing line broken, abnormal particle interfere. System will stop until problems solved
Work process:
Weighing→ manual bag placing→ packing and tamping→ de-dusting→ filled bag moving→ label sticking→ folding and sealing→ final transferring and palletizing
