APPLICATION
DW7090A Melt Spinning Machine for Lab use is used for spinning chemical fiber by melting polyester chip. The polymer is heated and melted by a three-stage cast copper heating coil, and continuously, quantify and evenly extruded from the capillary hole of the spinneret with the compressed protective gas to form a liquid stream, and the primary fiber is formed under the condensation of air.
Melt spinning is the most convenient and economic method for polymer fiber manufacturing at industrial scales. In melt spinning, the fiber-forming substance is melted for extrusion through the spinneret and then directly solidified by cooling. We can also according to customer's special requirements specially designed testing machine. We occupies in the field of high-end tester machine
