1. Introduction
The main function of flux content as follows: assist to heat conduction, remove oxide and oil fouling on the surface of base metal and solder, reduce surface tension of welding material, increase welding area, prevent re-oxidation, etc. According to customer's different demand and application, flux can customized accordingly.
