Q1: What is your terms of packing?
A: For 60cm products, we packed in the a poly bag, and 10sets in a carton. For 90cm products, we pack 1sets in a gift box, and 10 sets in a carton.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages
before you pay the balance.
Q3. What is your MOQ?
A: For black, our MOQ is 500sets, for other colors, the MOQ is 1000sets.
Q4. How about your lead time?
A: We need 10 days to prepare the material, 1000sets anti-thief model need 30days, 1000sets common model need 25days.
Q5. Could you print my logo on it?
A: Yes, after you pay for the silk printing mould charge, we can produce the sample for you. After you confirmed, we can arrange the mass production.
Q6. Do you offer the sample?
A: Yes, now, we have 60cm black sample in stock, we can send it out to you.
Q7. Will the color be faded after a long time?
A: The color of our product is not printed on the surface, when we foam the material, we add the color, so the whole product have the color.
