1.Q:Will you accept small order for test market purpose?
A:Yes,small order is accept in the condition less than 10 carton.(The shipping mark cannot change). Usually our MOQ is 20 foot container.
2.Q: Can I get sample and how long will it take?
A:Yes. We can supply sample. And you need to pay for the sample and courier. About 7days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.
3.Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A:Yes. Different models can be mixed in one container.
4.Q:What convenient and reliable shipment methods can you offer?
A:We can offer shipment by international express (DHL,UPS,TNT and FEDEX), by air and by sea.
5.Q: What kinds of payment terms are acceptable to you?
A:We usually accept 30% advance and the balance payment paid before shipment.
6.Q: What certificate do you have?
A:We have CCC, CE (EN71, EN14765), SGS, ISO9001 etc. Also we can apply any certificate if you need if the qty is OK.
