II.  Configuration & Features
2.1.  Clamp device and top device is the major agency responsible for welding process,  there're movable and fixed clamps are mount at the left and right sides at the top of the machine , they can respectively slip and insulation for each other, movable and fixed clamps are made of aluminum copper alloy .

2.2  Movable clamp seat is install on the roll-ball guide rail, it takes the spring tension and make it to the fixed clamp, the top forging pressure can be adjusted in welding by the right nut of spring to adjust, usually larger diameter wire welding is needed bigger top forging pressure

2.3 Welding current is transit to the welding part via the left and right jaw, the jaw is made of beryllium bronze with 160 HRC,  processing by line cutting CNC lathe ,the tolerance of the jaw's line slot is±0.02mm.

2.4 Welding head clamping device: Pedal clamp is adopted to control the jaw, the clamping force varies depending on the diameter of wire rod, when welding bigger diameter wire rod, it needs large clamping force, jaw open space is determined the compression of the jaw spring at one side

2.5    It is equipped with eccentric wheel in a fixed clamp seat, it will be used to move the movable clamp to one side for loading weldment before welding works ,  the space between the jaws, as well as the extended length of the weldment is depend on different material and size

2.6  Machine control box: control box is fully enclosed with aeration channel , the frame is movable with 2 directional wheels and 2 brake wheels which are made of imported polyurethane

2.7  36V safety electrical control device : it is include welding controller, grinding wheel controller, time relay, overload protector, leakage safety protector, low voltage transformer

2.8  Annealing device: Using eccentric clamping, annealed nickel electrode is made of beryllium alloys, annealing distance and voltage are adjustable    

2.9  Grinding device: using grinding wheel piece with security guard, it can automatic stop after it operating a certain time

2.10  Magnifying glass work light device :  36Vdc magnifying glass working light device
