DSG series are suitable for all kinds of materials from metal industries, glass, ceramics and plastics to semi-conductor industries. DSG-700 and DSG-1000 are the most popular types.
Workpieces can be Tungsten Carbide, Sinter Metal, Hard Metal, Bronze, Aluminum, Quartz, Crystal, Sapphire, Optical Glass, MLCC, Ceramic Substrate, Zirconium, Engineering Plastics, Composite, NTC Substrate, PZT Substrate, Diamond dicing Blade, Ferrite, Silicon, Silicon Carbide, etc.

--Pre, main and post load position can be controlled by simple setting.
--Operator gets more space for loading from upper wheel Swivel device.
--It can be equipped with semi or full automatic Loading or Unloading device.

Applications
Suitable for work pieces with two flat surface or one. Maximum grinding wheel diameter can be 350 mm. Working efficiency is especially high for small auto parts grinding.
