STHL provide custom test service according to client's requirements and products. Usually STHL PCBA Tech
offers a full range of testing service. Including:

Each board is carefully examined by our dedicated inspection team using AOI and high magnification viewers.
Using our X-Ray machine, we test PCBs to component level and all wiring is fully inspected and tested. Flash
testing and earth bonding tests can also be undertaken where required.

X-Ray Inspection provides high-resolution inspection for your PCBA board:
Inspection BGA assembling if any fake assemble or shortcuts. Ensure all BAG balls assembled perfectly.
1.Defect inspection in IC encapsulation, e.g.: layer separation, cracking, void, and line integrity.
2. Measuring chip size, measuring line curvature, measuring the proportion of solder area of components.
3.Possible defects in PCB manufacturing processes, e.g.: misalignment, solder bridge and open.
4.SMT solder short, cold solder, component shifted, solder insufficient, solder void inspection and measurement,etc.
We also provide function testing for each pcb board ,100% testing.

Make pcb board or pcba assembly need 15-20 workdays ,Test the function need 1-2workdays .
