Features and Advantages
Compared with traidtional load teting method of using solid weights, the load testing water weight bag had the following advantages:
1. Safety
Due to its soft structure, the water weight bag won't harm the ground or deck in case of falling during the test. The safety of double layer sling is 7 times, which conforms to EN1492-2:2000 and EN1492-1:2000, and the certificate of conformity is provided.
2. High efficiency
Easy to install and operate. No need to be equiped with balance weight.
3. Convenience
The dead-weight of a no load water weight bag is very light. It is suitable for different environment. The lifting water bag is equipped with PVC and high pressure water charging and discharding hose, with valve and quick press head.

The transportation and installation costs of water weight bags are pretty low, even a light truck is enough for tonnage load, only need 3-4 persons to handle the operation. The water bag is supplied with all accessories, including free maintenance materials, inflation inspection plugs etc.
