B.Precautions in winter(esp. For northern areas)
a.It should be started up 30 minutes in advance for preheating in an enclosed room of temperature kept over 5℃.
b.Left Fluid and moisture in equipment should be completely discharged as required at the end of each shift to prevent its parts from freezing or cracking.
c.The following way can be referred to judge the blockage in pipelines:
During the process, when compressor starts again, please pay more attention to the pressure gauge whether it is same with air compressor, if less than the valve of air compressor, indicating the problem of pressure relief valve or pipe plug(impurities, icing),please cleaning up pipe or filter element.
C.Precautions for South area(esp. Coastal areas)
a.Two water-filters are recommended due to high humidity in southern areas.
b.Check the drainage of filters (inside of the machine) in air passage in time and regularly replace filter element.
