(1) The manual adjustable cartridge pressure relief valve is for overflow in the quantitative pump regulator throttle fuel supply system, the use of adjustable hydraulic pressure relief valve to discharge excess fluid back to the tank, adjustable spring preload, the system will adjust working pressure. At this point, relief valve is normally open.
(2) The security in the quantitative pumps or variable pump fuel supply system, no extra oil needed to be placed back to the tank, relief valve is normally closed.
Only in system overload relief valve was open, to prevent the system pressure increased further, to protect the security of the system. System working pressure is determined by the load.
(3) The regulator or the system remote unloading adjustable hydraulic pressure relief valve to the pilot port and remote control connected to a remote pressure regulator or fuel pressure regulator and system for remote unloading. Relief valve is a pressure limiting device, used to protect the hydraulic systems and components, which include direct-acting, differential, two-way relief valve, pilot operated relief valve.
