Principle
Ultrasonic generator converts the 50/60 Hz current to 20 kHz electrical energy. The energy is transformed as the same frequency mechanical movement by transducer and comes through the modulator to welding head, then welding head transfers the acquired vibration energy to the joint of workpiece.
Vibration energy is converted into heat energy by friction melts plastic, so that the two weldments solidified into one as molecular link way to achieve a perfect combination.
