Gabion boxes are wire containers made of hexagonal wire netting.Wire diameter varies with the hexagonal nettings. The wire of outside frame edge is one wire gauge thicker than wire used for hexagona wire netting.

Heavily hot dipped galvanized wire(EN10244-2  240G/M2)
Electro-galvanized wire
PVC coated wire(PVC thickness: 0.38-0.5mm)
Galfan coated wire

Mesh wire diameter: 1.6mm to 4.0mm
