Being easily operated, JP-G also save electricity, water, raw materials and man power. Compared to the traditional injection mould machine, JP-G has the productive output rise up to 3 times. 2.5KW of electrical power and large amount of chilly water are saved while each 1,000 lids are producing by JP-G and avoid the flotsam.
JP-G has high production efficiency and thanks to the rotary technics the productive output can reach up to 12,000 pieces per hour. It offers a convenient way to change raw materials and molds, as well as the compact construction and space saving.
