1.Steel material
-Cavity/Core Material:2316H Steel material with heating treatment process to achieve the hardness about 46~48HRC:
-Mould Base material:P20, Chrome plate.
2.Technical specification
-The mould will adopt the hot runner with valve gate system;
-The mould base internal coating by hard chrome without rust;
-Interchangeable for core, cavity and neck ring etc;
-The preform wall thickness different less than0.08mm, the weight tolerance not more than ±0.2g;
-Warrant: one year or one million shots;
3.Hot-runner system
-Hot runner system with PID temperature control to every cavity;
-Pneumatic actuated valve gate system tip;
4.Spare parts for free
