3SUN's Ink Rollers are manufactured for use in high speed code date marking equipment in a wide variety of industries. They are made in sizes to fit all models of hot ink roller machines (such as Markem® or Norwood® ) in three standard colors and formulas that are field and laboratory tested and proven to accommodate any speed or running temperature.

G type

90º - 135ºC
|
The standard, low temperature formulation offers medium scratch resistance on most packaging films. Contact with secondary heat sources should be avoided due to the low working temperature. Ideal for thin films where higher temperatures may cause the die to burn through the substrate.

Premium
H Type

135º - 155ºC
|
Mid temperature grade producing clean, densely coloured, well defined prints with very good scratch and smudge resistance. Performs on most packaging films such as Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Nylon and Polyester together with a wide range of surface treated papers and boards.

Super
S type
|
150º - 175ºC
|
Superior adhesion and smear resistance operating at the higher end of printing temperatures. Versatile formulation suitable for Polyethylene, Polypropylene, and many other coated and uncoated films and papers.

Hi Temp
HG Type
|
150º - 190ºC
|
Best abrasion and smear resistance operating at the highest of temperatures. Ideally suited for Polypropylene and Mylar laminates, RR series inks should be considered when the print quickly passes over vertical packaging machinery forming shoulders.

STORAGE CIRCUMSTANCE
Stored in a normal temperature with one year period, and avoid dampness, pressure and the direct sunlight
