1.The machine adopts synchronous control technique both welding time and cent-control welding is composed of digital and integrated electric circuit.
2.This operation is accurate, it has stable function, firm welded point and without welded tracks. Not only welding speed is fast but also it is easy to learn and operate.
3.The line wires are fed from rolls and through precise wire straightening and positioning devise.
4.Step motor controls fallen wefts structure and drawing materials are automatic(this technology has won the national patent ZL200520024381.3) So it is even and accurate,the edges of mesh are regular,it is unnecessary to slice the side.
5. Drawing mesh adopts elastic tension link(that met the nation patent ZL200520024380.9) and fixing the mesh.It is easy to regulate mesh holes and mesh size is rather accurate, welding aperture could adjust randomly within certain range.
6.The speed of this machine is very fast. It is easy to learn and only needs two workers to operate.The finished mesh could be in roll or panel.
