Plain Weave Wire Cloth

Plain weave is the most commonly used weave type. Each warp wire crosses  alternately above

and below each weft wire. Warp and weft wires generally have the same diameter.

Material:Stainless steel wire , monel wire, phosphor bronze wire, brass wire and copper wire.

Characteristics: square aperture ,high flow through , relative high open area, as result

less pressure drop during filtration suitable for all kinds of filtration up to 63 µm.

Applications:Stainless steel wire mesh and stainless steel wire cloth products are widely

used in petroleum, chemical industry, environment protection, mine, airspace, paper-

making,electronic, metallurgy etc.
